I understand you are tired of that argument, However it is made because it's a painful truth that most people don't really take into consideration enough.

Balance matters, but it matters far less when there are much broader strokes to concern yourself with. It's just much easier to focus on balance as being the reason you lost. But if you fall short in 20 other ways that would have saved you, well then you're very inefficiently spending your effort by complaining rather than focusing on improvement.

The reality of SC is you're always playing vs yourself. If you are struggling to do a bunch of other things, you should be focusing on that first because it may solve or alleviate a lot of problems in your current MMR. People at different MMRs struggle at different parts of the game.

The painful part about SC that is delivered rudely sometimes, is that when you are below M2(prob even M1) then you really don't know a lot about the game, or you have a massive amount of improvement you can make within your play to destroy the other player who is maybe doing something imbalanced.

Anyways, no need to get mad at it. It's simply the truth and the way StarCraft is. IMO StarCraft is the hardest game in the world, and thus you can challenge your own improvement for your whole life.
