Dude honestly what you were doing was great. I’d recommend cutting her off completely until you are over her over her.

I’m still getting over my last shot show of a break up but I’m still moving forward and reminding myself that I am enough.

Don’t be friends and move on. Once you’ve been intimate with someone it is very hard to just be friends.
