[META 1/2] A call for moderator applications. Your application will be voted on by the community.

I lurk a lot in this sub so take it for what it is. Foremost I think reinstating the old mods is the way to go. If that is an issue for some odd reason then my vote goes to u/tomlit and u/Oldwolf2. I dunno these people but I know these two are knowledgeable in chess and have given insights that are valuable and are actually very active in the sub as well. People I think shouldn't be mods are u/ladylattemotif, u/powerchicken. While the two have grand ideas for the sub there's something about them that's off like they're desperate to become a mod, desperation means alterior motives. Powerchicken in particular is going crazy in this thread replying and commenting to everything...signs of attention.
