It’s hard to not care about what people think of you, I still compare myself to everyone I walk by like life is some kind of competition. The only person you should compete with is yourself. I’m still trying to work on it myself but being in that mindset has increased my confidence. Just do the little things, brush your teeth a lot. Start using a teeth whitening kit. Get a fresh haircut that you actually like and think suits you. Take care of yourself physically by going to the gym, showering, washing hair properly, buying the right products etc. This is what has helped me be more comfortable with myself and when I am, I don’t give a fuck abt anyone else Bc I’m happy.
