Depends on your definition of "self enhancement" and "regulation" are you enhancing/regulating yourself to the universe and your fellow human beings or for your own desires. Some say both are right. Depends on who you are asking the question, "how do I enhance/regulate myself?" They will surely tell you you enhance yourself by giving money to the collection plate. If you have no self, and your emotions and thoughts of self don't depend on external circumstances, then how would you define self-enhancement? What would you do if you found out that you are already as enhanced as you'll ever be and you have simply forgotten how, that if you have enough awareness, you will remember? Then I will tell you that if you remembered what you had forgotten you could never go back to being who you were, but walk in an endless state of giving.
