Just because everyone can use the extremely powerful weapon doesnt mean it cant be broken. Halo 2 and CE both had you spawn with super powerful precision weapons that made much of the weapon sandbox obsolete. Sure, most of the gun in the game could be used due to stopping power, but there were still guns that were way too strong and guns that were just complete garbage.

The machine pistols and shotguns made the handguns borderline worthless.

The UMP45 outclassed every other smg and even made the LMGs obsolete because it had no damage falloff, silencer immunity, and better handling than the LMGs.

You only named 4 ARs as "good tier" What about the ARs that nobody used like the FAL and the F2k? When was the last time you saw someone use the Wa2000

You gotta balance cod weapons so everyone isnt just running around with the fucking UMP or the ACR
