I’m curious about food, bloat and weight.
I weigh daily and I usually vary by a few ounces. I give myself a 3 pound window overall for maintenance but I don’t usually bounce from 120 to 123 in 24 hours if that makes sense.
I decided to restrict and lose weight and yesterday was day 1. I ate my 1200 and was very careful and specific. I weighed this morning and the scale showed a 2 pound difference.
That’s a lot for me and I know it’s obviously not fat. But why does what we eat make such a big difference day to day? Is it the volume in my intestines? My goal is to go from 123 to 118-120. I woke up this morning at 121. I really don’t know what I need to lose.
