[Meta] The President of the United States just suggested that we may need to postpone democracy and the top post on r/conspiracy is a Facebook meme?

Well, I think your going pretty far down that road based on one question from a president who pumps out a ton of semi-relevant, often meaningless content on twitter every day.

Again, so it just appears you’re numb to it all. No?

Trump has advisors and handlers who shape his administration’s actions, but I believe these random tweets often give a glimpse of where his head is often at. Maybe his advisors will shut it down and get him to back off the ledge, but it’s still concerning to see him take the stance (albeit briefly). It’s important to understand the personal opinions of the President.

If Donald Trump believes that COVID is serious enough to warrant delaying elections, it’s a new development. He has been fairly optimistic about the pandemic previously.
