See, I don't use or own a VR system myself. I've played around with a handful that friends have purchased, and loved the novelty of the technology, but have never felt compelled to own one myself because I didn't know programs like the one you mentioned existed, despite the fact that when asked the question "what would be marketable to the general populous?" The idea of that program came to mind.

I'm just your general middle of the road person in the grand scheme, and something that seemed like it would be marketable to me does, by your assertion, already exist. It's a shame that the first major player in the VR realm had to be faceb-... er, sorry, "Meta."
