Metformin and Cycling?

Hey there.

How much Metaformin do you take? You just need to watch your BM (Blood sugar levels) not only with cycling but just your daily life. As you're a non-diabetic on Metaformin and feel you're having sugar crashes, it sounds like you may be heading towards developing type 2 diabetes? I would pick up a Blood glucose tester and keep an eye on that.

In regards to what foods, it would just be slow releases energy foods. Banana, nuts, honey etc. You can also get specialist food for cycling and endurance sports.

(I've the background of working in renal nursing for some years now although I've only seen a few cases of Metaformin being used out with diabetes as obviously a lot of my patients are advanced diabetics)

Glad to hear the cancer is being managed! Keep up the great work.
