I have the exact same thing dude, i see it everywhere, i feel like the smartest person around now but of course i follow the most important rule of all time (goodfellas: never rat on your friends, and always keep your mouth shut.)

I can't watch modern pop culture stuff, i can't watch the news, i don't care anymore what anyone thinks of me cause i'm just doing my own thing anyway, i don't take advice from most people unless they have the same life goals or live the same way i do, i can't watch youtubers anymore that i used to like, i will never go onto twitch again cause that's a fucking useless waste of space. i sometimes can't even enjoy video games anymore because the main character needs to choose between a love interest or something like fuck off with these forced romance damsel in distress missions.

Lost best friends, cousins, family in general cause they're too blind to see the truth and i'm not willing to have that negativity in my life, i need positive people around me.

sorry maybe a bit of a rant but hopefully at least someone here can relate to it. than i have done my job.
