Miami cops attack a black man for video recording them

I agree it's not always about race but also sometimes the race of the person is also important, two First Amendment auditors from Texas went to the Galveston police station and one was black the other guy was white. They were separated by like 68.6 meters and both were recording one watching over the other, they pulled up on the black guy and detained him and then arrested him for failure to ID even though he didn't have to. The white guy recorded it the whole time and was there for a awhile after the arrest, later a cop came up to him asking about him filming and they never tried to ID him or detain him and went on their way.
