Here’s the thing a doctor chose to be a doctor over everything else. They sacrificed family life, ease, convenience , etc to become a physician. And then non physicians come by and want to have respectful conversations while the vast majority of their peers are usurping our professional nomenclature and position in the healthcare system. And if we speak out they use their sheer numbers to silence us.

What this has done is awake a sleeping giant. We are mad as hell and won’t be quiet anymore. The only conversation we are interested in having is the apology we deserve for the unending bullshit that has been coming from NPPs for as long as I have been in medicine.
