The context of her being pregnant was to demonstrate how insane this was, because who just starts yelling at a pregnant lady? Why would a "both sides" response to a post about an anti-vegan ever be referring to another anti-vegan?

I didn't say anything about a growing baby. That guy said meatless mondays weren't enough effort. He said we were ruining our baby's life because meat is terrible for them and we shouldn't raise them to be a "carnist", whatever that is.

I didn't say anything about all vegans being like that, either. But for the record, as a pescetarian I've never had a positive interaction with either group and you've certainly done nothing to change that.
