u/ntrospect_: Good review.

I received this one recently from the U.S. I originally planned on this being my beater watch, but when I opened the box, I thought it was too good for that. Will be switching between this and my other watches for the office. Mostly been using my Speedy when going to the office, but now I will alternate a bit more. Leather and nylon straps are great too. I will wear this watch as well when I go flying; while not strictly needed, it is kind of nice to have a/any GMT if you have to communicate something in a stressful situation, or if you are tired when writing logs.

Note: I did not care too much about the Hodinkee angle of this when I bought it; I don't mind that it is a Hodinkee limited, but it was the dial and size of a GMT that I wanted. Obviously, I liked the price too. I am actually happy that Hodinkee (and others) take the time to get these custom variants done. Makes it a bit more fun to go watch hunting.
