Can you show me MPD training manual on restraints so I can compare what the manual says vs what is shown on the video? Also, can you show me in the MPD training manual under what conditions someone would require restraint in a law enforcement context? I will be in a better position to say if it is unorthodox or overkill

It is not impossible for the autopsy to be distorted in favor of the of the officer. My question to you is, how likely, or to what degree, do you think the autopsy was distorted? And which parts?

Police do have medical training, but that is not their specialty. Can you link me the MPD training manual on recognizing medical emergencies? Although GF is saying he cannot breathe, the reality of the event of him verbalizing suggest that his airway is open to the degree of being able to exchange air and be heard.

What part of his airway do you think was was restricted? How is that part responsible for breathing or supporting breathing? And does the autopsy support the suggestion that his airway was restricted in the manner you describe?

How are you defining a murderer? Are you using a legal definition? If someone was murdered, and I was on a jury, I would need to know the operative definition of murder to concretely say, "this man committed murder".
