He moved in at the same time, maybe the day before we got there. He has known the landlord for decades. I don't want to get into too many details for privacy sake, but we were on the road. He has known Brian for about 4 years on and off and they have a rough history.

Brian is very active and is in and out of the house constantly. I think it's paranoia and control for sure.

He has started arguments over being questioned for trivial things like him demanding my SO and I switch rooms. Has dictated where we park (while he drives all over the lawn daily) and critisized us for not sweeping the floor enough our first week there (it was not dirty).

I don't feel comforatable going into his professional details but they are sketchy.

My SO says in the past Brian had a lot of trouble with their friendship after my SO started working for Brian doing landscaping locally. He couldnt turn off boss mode and became very controling over time. They have since repaired their friendship and he refuses to do work with him.

I have downloaded an rf tracker that says (I think) that there is a transmission here and on the google maps image the dot is directly on the house but I reallyhave no idea how to read this app and the data.
