The only ‘black people’ in the world are black americans. They have become their own ethnic group/race. They are a mix of west african tribes and 20% european. Similarly the only ‘white people’ are white americans, cos again, they are a mix of different ethnicities. They have become their own ethnic group as well. Everyone else in the world identifies as their ethnicity (which they know and is usually just 1 ethnicity, not a mix). Black and white races are social constructs. Your real and actual race is your ethnicity (DNA/genetics). Which is why in Africa no one identifies as black. Everyone goes by their race/ethnicity/tribe - hausa, dinka, somali, zulu, amazigh and so on. In Europe, same thing, no one identifies as white. English, greek, polish, swede etc.
