I never said I would kill them, I said they would be dead, because I have a pitbul and if someone were to break into my home while I was asleep or not home, well, he would more than likely jump on them and rip their neck apart. I have multiple signs on my property regarding my dog. If you choose to enter my home un-welcomed, that's on you and I also live in a state with stand your ground laws. I do own firearms as well, but I would prefer not to use those unless my life was in danger.

What about the right to a trial? Should "they" have a trial? If not, how do you know if they are here legally or not?

Umm well only citizens have a right to trial. If they came here illegally, e.g. caught at the rio grande crossing the border or caught in some sort of crime and then discovered that they are illegal, no trial needed, send them back over. How do we know if someone is legal? Well, a social security number and valid identification. That's how the government knows who is a citizen....
