Mike Pence can’t believe Tim Kaine would insult Donald Trump by quoting him

"He doesn't articulate his policy positions at all. He is OKAY on trade, and that's just barely, but other than that he has waffled on what he plans to do on immigration, doesn't have a plan for ISIS, was contradicted by Pence on Russia and nukes, and failed to answer when asked how he plans to stop American companies from outsourcing manufacturing overseas. It's all just "I will fix it, I promise." That is not policy." As an IT person familiar with RAPID development (methodology that uses minimal planning in favor of rapid prototyping as a component of the product), I can understand how Trump comes up with solutions to problems, which to the novice appear quite underdeveloped and in need of refinement which are added later through the stages of the solution; hence, many see it as waffling . However, there is a method to what you may call madness. So far his immigration plans have continued to be defined and refined as more requirements are made clear and distinct; however, the crux of his goal remains clear, dealing with people in our country that are here illegally without ignoring those who came before legally. This is a valid and successful methodology and should not be dismissed as ineffective as it has been used by many dynamic nimble companies for decades. The same goes for ISIS, a broad plan is set with details to be filled in as the real requirements and constraints are further defined. Not sure what you are referencing with Pence on Russia and nukes.
As for outsourcing, here are seven steps Donald Trump has stated ad nauseam in one way or another to bring back jobs: 1. Withdraw the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership 2. Appoint the toughest and smartest trade negotiators to fight on behalf of American workers. 3. Direct the Secretary of Commerce to identify every violation of trade agreements a foreign country is currently using to harm our workers, and then direct all appropriate agencies to use every tool under American and international law to end those abuses. 4. Tell NAFTA partners I intend to immediately renegotiate the terms of that agreement to get a better deal for our workers. If they do not agree to a renegotiation, then I will submit notice under Article 2205 of the NAFTA agreement that America intends to withdraw from the deal. 5. Instruct Treasury Secretary to label China a currency manipulator. Any country that devalues their currency in order to take advantage of the United States will be met with sharply 6. Instruct the U.S. Trade Representative to bring trade cases against China, both in this country and at the WTO. China's unfair subsidy behavior is prohibited by the terms of its entrance to the WTO, and I intend to enforce those rules. 7. If China does not stop its illegal activities, including its theft of American trade secrets, I will use every lawful presidential power to remedy trade disputes, including the application of tariffs consistent with Section 201 and 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 and Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962. " Trump has been through 3 campaign managers. He cannot even staff his own campaign properly. Also, his waffling on the Pence decision is well documented." And? So you think he should have just kept people on the payroll that became ineffective? You just may be a government employee. How many people work at a company for years, good effective hard working people that are let go because the company became bigger, stronger, more advanced, took a new direction, and that person could not, or would not, adapt to the new environment? That is just business, you are taking it too personal. Attrition is the normal churn of business, and staff are resources subject to the same. Waffling? Really, were you there? I think the MSM made it their objective to provide the appearance of waffling, but this is something I am not privy to as I am not in the campaign, but I doubt you are either. I did read, in the NY Times no less, that, "In a Thursday evening phone call with top aides, he asked for reassurance that Mr. Pence was really right for the job." Yadda Yadda... " Mr. Trump repeatedly hesitated over selecting Mr. Pence, according to people briefed on the tense deliberations, .." Again, And? Deliberation would be the more accurate term, unless you wish to present an unfavorable portrait of a person who takes making an important decision seriously. " Why not?" Seriously? Let's see, "temperament" has been the rallying call of the far left for months now. Trump does not have the right temperament to have his finger on the red button. And in your eyes Kaine demonstrated he does? WOW just WOW. I think if he had the button to push on stage during the debate we would all be cosmic vapor right now. As his first introduction as VP candidate Kaine displayed himself to be a well practiced deliverer of sound bites, a trained Chihuahua attack dog ready to explode in 10 seconds. Kaine a supposed accomplished debater lost control of his mouth and temper quicker than a teenage girl who was just grounded for the weekend. He was so ready at the attack; his attacks did not even make sense! All his remarks were reduced to childish na-na-na when he could not keep his mouth shut and interrupted Pence when he was just trying to share a remembrance about 9/11 – Kaine had to get in where he was.
Before you go there, yes Trump did interrupt Clinton several times during the first debate. And it showed Trump is not a politician and accomplished debater, but has he claimed to be? This was his first one-on-one debate, Clinton's 15th. Trump is more accomplished at negotiations that require great timing and strategy, which is what we really need in dealing with foreign countries and enemies. Yes, Hillary can memorize her lines and zingers, she can even pull them out and articulate them at the most appropriate times, but this did not help her as SOS behind closed doors at the negotiation table. That is a fact proven by the state of the middle east, Iraq, Iran, Russia, etc after her tenure.
