Military Medicine

Because they really don't care about people anymore. They are also so far removed from the mission (most never deploy and few even know what airframe is at their base) they have no idea of the impacts from doing a good/bad job has. They are brainwashed to never trust a patients complaints for fear of creating more work. The majority of them have never worked anything but a 0900-1500 with a hour lunch schedule, anything causing more work is a personal attack against them. Also God forbid you are trying to PCS from your miserable base, you'll need 5 signatures from medical on your checklist and they will treat you like shit for just asking for initials.
