Is milk unhealthy for you?

Milk, as in commercial milk, and raw natural milk are 2 extremely different things.

Pasteurization kills most of the good bacteria and enzymes, leaving it rancid and "dead". Thus it contains free radicals that damage your gut, and makes it harder to digest.

Homogenization shrinks the lipids to a 10th of their natural size allowing them to bypass the stomach wall and cause hormonal damage. You shouldn't walk around with bovine hormones in your blood, also it's very inflammatory and carcinogetic.

Commercial milk is pretty much poison.

If everyone were to drink raw milk, Phama would collapse in 1 day.

There is a reason why it's illegal, it certainly isn't because the state is "concerned for your health thus makes sure it's beloved citizens don't get exposed to bacteria from raw milk." While you can chug raw eggs and eat cigarettes. You can even legally sell feces, so yeah, that argument's out of the window. They deliberately destroy the heathiest food on the planet so people remain unhethy and dumb.

Selling almond milk, what a joke. People can be dyed any color nowadays, it's insane.

Raw milk is a superfood, THE superfood. Forget about quinoa and all that no-nutrient no-bioavailability woo woo new age garbage, raw milk is where it's at.
