Millennials of Reddit, what do you think genuinely *is* the worst thing about your generation?

Your work ethic fucking sucks.

And look, I was like you at one point, but I really don't want to sit there and participate in bitching about how there's no growth and that it's all so unfair and that management just picks favorites and that they "yell" at you for messing up.

Just because we're around the same age doesn't mean I want to engage in this crap. I'm doing well here. If you're not doing well here, do better or find another place. But I guarantee you that if you go to another job, your attitude will follow you.

Most of the time when a millennial is "yelled" at, it's really more of a "hey, we found this mistake, let's correct it and do things differently in the near future." You were not treated differently than anyone else
