Minneapolis Just Passed the Most Important Housing Reform in America

Have you read the plan? I know it sounds daunting but it's actually pretty interesting and easy to read (well most of it).

There are many parts I really dislike, I'm a car driver, I'm not a active dude, but I realize compromises need to be made to make the plan work. I also recognize my prvieledge as a home owner and landlord, many people do not have that security of having a reliable mortgage payment next month. I used to be a renter and being worried what next years rent would be was not fun.

Minneapolis is a great city, we should share it with as many people from as many places as we can, it makes us a stronger city when we're together and welcoming. Come on, lets try some of that good ole fashion Minnesota Nice :)
