Maybe stop calling it "gender affirming care" and go back to calling it "guidance counseling," huh? The former really makes it sound like people are trying to pigeon-hole youths into one corner or the other (and some of them damn well are, there are numerous cases on record), and that's what people are objecting to. When are Democrats going to fucking learn that what you call things matters? Words matter. The very reason why we can't get anything done on gun safety is because Democrats keep allowing Republicans to get away with calling it "gun control" instead, which makes it sound like the government is coming to take your guns rather than simply trying to ensure that communities are safer places. Words matter, imagery and association with those words matters, and Democrats need to fucking wake up and find a way to get this through their skulls.

Go ahead, keep downvoting the truth and living with your fucking heads in the sand while ignoring the world from the perspective of anyone but your rotten fucking selves because you believe you're walking the moral high road while looking down your nose at anyone who doesn't think like you do.
