MIS bachelor's to bioinformatics grad program?

Check individual program requirements for programs you might be interested in. They all have different requirements. If you don't meet the foundational requirements, some programs will admit you but you will have to take these courses right away and obviously they won't contribute towards your degree.

It sounds like you will get some of the required CS foundational courses for most programs, but you still might be missing some. You are going to be way behind on the bio/chem side, though, to the extent that I would be concerned about admission, especially if you don't already have all the required CS foundations for the program. You should take more bio and chem courses if you want to be more competitive. Getting involved in research is quite helpful as well. If you are going for a master's degree and don't expect a GA then programs might be more willing to admit you, but you are going to have to take a solid year of foundation courses to get up to speed anyways so you might as well get this knocked out in undergrad.
