A misbehaving child is allowed to go more places than a polite dog.

Yeah of course, that's totally fine. I wasn't at all saying that you need to want to have kids but just that younger people don't understand why people would want to.

But judging from all your very defensive comments where you repeatedly explain why you really don't want kids and you call rasing kids "dealing with that bullshit" makes it seem like you also don't understand it either.

You talk with so much vitriol as if you don't understand why people say how amazing it is to have a kid. It's literally creating life and being able to raise a child of your own, it's one of the best decisions most people make in their life and it gives people more joy than most things ever could.

Of course it's okay if you don't personally have those feelings. Many people think it's the best thing in the world, and you don't, that's fine (and if someone actually tries to say that you're wrong for not wanting kids then yeah, fuck em, they're wrong). But it's like you're trying to argue with someone until you can hear them say "yeah you're right, kids DO suck". I know it feels like you're being left out because of how many people have kids and how much of their life they dedicate to it, but it's just one of the facts of life that the majority of people spend most of theirs focusing on their kids. If you're not gonna have kids then you're just gonna have to accept that you're not gonna be able to relate to many people in that way.
