[Misc] Imagining a highly mobile Arc subclass for Warlocks

Tempest isn't the best name, I think u/bullseyed723 nailed it with Stormcaster.

The grenades sound like interesting concepts... "Sudden Spark" would be OP as hell in PvP. "Conduit" (which I would consider called a Static Grenade, due to its effect) would work as long as the duration, damage, and number of ticks is balanced well. Your explanation of the Sticky Charger frankly just has me baffled.

Dash sounds like a cross between Double Jump and Blink, but your explanation is a little lacking again. It sounds like it could very well be OP, and Bolt Dash is most definitely OP, movement abilities shouldn't cause damage.

The super is also an interesting concept, sounds like a cross between Radiance and Arc Blade. It might actually be more annoying to deal with than Arc Blade, as well. Overcharge definitely belongs at Tier 6 or 8, the other two seem to work with your super concept. My personal opinion is that the super for this class should be "Force Lightning" because it would be easy to balance and provide modifiers for it.

The melee is the most broken OP ability you've come up with, maybe worse than Shoulder Charge. You've given more range to the longest range melee in the game (Palm) then added effects that are ridiculous. Adding extra effects when the other two look mostly the same also doesn't make sense to me. It seems to me like you're trying to cram what should be a super ability into the melee tier.

Not sure why you would change the names of the attribute passives, they're the same between subclasses in every other class....

You kind of ran out of original ideas after that it seems like. Most of your ideas for 6 and 8 are cannibalized from the Voidwalker tree. Both "Amperage" and "Current" are meh, you can get the same effect by equipping the right helmet or gauntlets.

Finally, your names for everything are pretty cringey..... I understand you were trying to play to the whole electricity thing, but taking every vocab word you learned in Physics II and cramming them in places they don't belong isn't the solution....

I'm honestly not trying to knock you down, my objective was to offer constructive criticism, and this is a great start. It just needs some work.
