Before my diagnosis, the only symptom I had was acne. Terrible acne. I visited around many different doctors for about a year, but my acne didn't improve. No one suspected that I had PCOS since I was really skinny and my periods were regular until I visited a good gynae who diagnosed me with PCOS after doing the bloodwork and ovary scanning. She tells me that it's different for everyone, every woman doesn't get the same symptoms. Currently I have no symptoms of pcos at all after taking pills for 2 years, though I still get my ultrasound done whenever my doctor tells me to and she says that I have to take pills for a bunch of years.

Maybe you should visit a different, well reviewed doctor.
