Misfit Athletics Programming

I started Misfit summer of 2020 and followed for two plus years. Had best performance of my CrossFit career during that time. And truthfully with the pandemic I had the time for 2-3 hour sessions everyday. And it paid off big time. Loved the community of athletes, the podcasts, the phase printouts.

I recently left Misfit however. As life changes occurred, I needed a 75 min or less solution and they just don’t have that. And if you skip out on programming you get behind as every week is built on the previous week.

I also missed being part of an in person community. All my training partners were virtual and I missed working out with others.

So ultimately - I highly recommend it if you are aiming to raise your game, have 3 hours to train per day, and can stay focused hammering on the same focus for 8 weeks at a time.
