This is the most bull shit disconnected nonsense I have ever heard.

I have worked in IT for ten years now, I have a cooshy air conditioned that requires me to know my craft and speak well and I get paid very well for it.

Before this, I did masonry, tile, heavy machinary, framing, fast food, food delivery and a dozen more other jobs stupid people look down on and every single one of those jobs was without a doubt harder than what I do now, so much so thst I still have lasting injuries from those jobs that will stay with me until I die.

We pay the hardest working people in this society pennies for jobs nobody wants to do while saying they are not worth more and it's fucking bull shit. I guarantee you, you folks will notice your labor force missing FAR faster than you will notice your IT guy.
