Yes, I looked over the wrap and it looked fine, I looked behind the aforementioned sticker in case it was being used to cover something up for some reason, it had the WotC logos on it and it looked okay. I'm aware of the controversy behind the packaging on the boosters, so that's a big reason I'm suspicious.

As far as I can tell, though (I've torn apart all three packs and checked the glue) it seems probably enough that it is just an unlucky error from the factory. I'll open more and come to a conclusion at that time.

This box was "fulfilled by Amazon", so I will be complaining if I end up suspecting foul play because I hear they're pretty good about that stuff.
