Missouri Senate passes new budget with no restrictions to financing on a new stadium! This is big.

That is not true at all. A TON of things your taxes go for make money, most a lot more than stadiums will.

For instance roads and bridges provide the infrastructure needed for business. This is a diversified investment that allows for many people and businesses to prosper instead of a select, politically connected few. Even welfare payments increase the velocity of money through your local economy, providing a huge boost to the economy.

Stadiums have proven time and time again to be poor investments, and yet they keep getting funded.

There are very few articles or studies showing that taxpayer subsidized stadiums are a net benefit for a community (and I could not locate a single one that was even close to impartial).

If you are in St. Louis and ok with the fact that your taxpayer money will go to Kroenke in exchange for football, than that is your choice. But do ever believe that this is a net benefit for the city's economy or for people who are not Ram fans.
