Yes, because we want a world where students pick schools exclusively on price; a world where students are forced into online programs because of price, made to live with their parents because of price, to become plumbers and electricians because of price. Get out of here with this absolute nonsense.

And, while we're waiting for the market to adapt to this "trend," let's just shovel debt onto the next generation in the name of a market solution. These are real people's lives. I agree that debt forgiveness doesn't solve the problem, but it's all that we can get with the ineffective pseudo-democratic congress that we have. Solving problems in a so-called democracy requires legislating, not hoping that the market solution is good.
