You are the example of people that I hate, you say: "If it would be better, pro's would use it.". There are actually many pro's that use it because they realized that it's better, but that's not important in the discussion if it is better. If 100 people would choose pokemon B, and 20 people choose pokemon A, does it automatically mean pokemon B is better? No, it doesn't. I really don't know how challenged people are that they get distracted by a bigger aspect ratio, but I guess that doesn't matter either since it's based on personal preference. What does matter is that you can acquire more information that makes it a better res, no discussion possible here, sorry to disappoint you but I appreciate the attempt.

a little side note, just because something RARELY happens, does that mean you should not care about it? Specially on professional level? They should be able to play without being "distracted" by extra information, since it's their job to be good at it.

TL;DR Just because pro's do it, it doesn't automatically make it better. Don't use preference in a discussion about technical things.
