MMA is absolutely filled to the brim with PED's, atleast at grassroots level.

FYI, taking testosterone and doing nothing seems to give you about 1/2 the strength gain of taking it and working out.

Further from that study, [those taking testosterone and not working out gained more weight, and about equal strength gains, as those not taking testosterone and working out over 10 weeks.

So yeah, the best way to take advantage of steroids is to do heaps of lifting/working-out, BUT just sitting on your ass and taking steroids actually does make you more muscular and stronger.
