It's honestly the best decision you can make.

You've just been headbutted by a woman while comforting her with a bunch of cameras pointed at your face. So what do you do?

I'm guessing you would power through the pain that disables even professional fighters, you would stand your ground and start a scuffle with the aggressor and beating her down until she's the one writhing on the ground.

Now you're dealing with a bunch of people asking you wtf is wrong with you, you get booted of the show because obviously she just grazed you. They don't know you're the pinnacle of "mind-over-matter" and that you actually inflicted less amount of pain on her, but to the layman it looks like she just swung her head at you and you beat her into a coma in return.

Now look at the guy in the video, he gains sympathy, he's obviously injured, she gets booted off the show and he's definitely safe for the next 2 rounds.

Use your head man, just because you're a lean mean fighting machine doesn't mean that dishing out comas is the right answer everytime.
