MMW: Democrats will not only fail to gain control of the Senate, but will not take the House either.

If you don't want the worst of your side being lumped in with you, stop lumping the alt right in with Republicans. The only one of those names that I recognize as alt right is Richard Spencer. Quite frankly, I can't help but laugh when people call Milo a white nationalist. Really? The gay Jew who exclusively dates black men is a Nazi? He's just a conservative who likes getting a rise out of people. If the right was as violent as you claim it to be, the media would never shut up about it. But you never hear about violence at Trump rallies.

Prejudice, noun. A preconceived judgment or opinion. Are you seriously trying to tell me you're not prejudiced against anyone who's not a Democrat?

Iran-Contra is completely unrelated, dude. I don't understand why you're bringing it up. The Middle East has been backwards since the Seljuk Turks took over.

Again, do you seriously not believe Jesus existed? Did Buddha, Mohammed, and Moses not exist either? It isn't a question whether Jesus existed or not. The question is whether he was actually divine. Which he wasn't. But we're not a Christian fundamentalist nation because we realized centuries ago that theocracies are bad. Virtually all historians believe that there was a rabbi named Yeshua who preached in Galilee in 30 AD. Why is that so hard to accept? His divinity obviously is an invention of his followers (and possibly himself. Haven't done enough research into the historical Jesus), but to say that he never at all is complete lunacy.

And let's not forget the ol' Statue of Liberty to pander to that patriotism on top of Christianity

Because we should be deciding our policy based on a poem from 1883. The world is a completely different place now. America is a different place now. It's still the land of opportunity, but we're also basically the world police now after the world wars and the cold war ended. To say that we should still decide our immigration policy based on The New Colossus is just emotional manipulation.

You're the one who keeps conflating race and culture. I'm perfectly willing to accept anybody into this country, no matter what they look like, as long as they consider themselves American at the end of the day. White Americans, African Americans, Asian Americans, Native Americans, Arab Americans, WHATEVER, all deserve to be treated equally, because the thoughts in their heads line up with the values of this country.

I don't believe that other cultures are subordinate. They're just not as advanced. Or are you saying the hunter gatherers of North Sentinel Island who haven't developed agriculture yet are on the same level as, say, the Japanese? It's just an observable fact that cultures mature at different rates. For example, at the BC/AD changeover, Britain was just an island of barbarians being occupied by Rome while China had sprawling cities. In 1000 AD, while the Toltecs were still practicing human sacrifice, the Arabs were figuring out math and anatomy. Every culture didn't suddenly become equal, but it doesn't mean they're any less human. They just need to figure out how to get their numerous human rights issues in order. Y'know, for someone claiming to be of "the party of science", you're having a pretty easy time denying the real social science of cultural evolution. You're acting like the sociocultural equivalent of a creationist.

there was literally people hounding Obama for being the antichirst

And they were just as wrong then as you are now.

So, because our side isn't perfect, relinquish all control to the substantially more fucked up party because why now?

Because your side keeps making gigantic asses of themselves and refuses to accept that they lost, to the point of making up bullshit conspiracy theories like Russia stealing the election. Your side is the one that says anyone who's not one of them is a racist, sexist, homophobic bigot. Your side is the one hiring Hollywood celebrities to tell people they're stupid if they don't vote for you. Your side, from my own personal experience of being ON that side, is the side that can't even begin to fathom why someone wouldn't be on their side unless they're a terrible person (which is some cult-ass behavior, by the way). I know, because I used to be that way too. In college, I had a super conservative roommate for a semester. I HATED him because I thought he was just a dumb, gun-toting redneck, and I was from the most liberal part of Texas outside of Austin, going to music school surrounded by a bunch of other liberals (not helped by the fact that he was genuinely a jerk, too). Then I did research into why he believed what he did, and it wasn't motivated by blind patriotism. There are sound arguments for why conservatives believe what they believe. Except climate change denial. That I can't see any argument for besides big business stuffing the pockets of congresspeople.

My beliefs are completely unrelated to eugenics or white nationalism. They stem from an objective view of how societies have evolved over time. Eugenics is completely immoral and a violation of people's free will; people should mate with whoever they want to mate with. That's nobody's business but their own. Provided that it's consensual between both parties.
