I can only force myself to play Diana with Phase Rush because otherwise I find her too boring and one dimensional but I am midlaner. Phase Rush is horrible in jungle, Conqueror so much better in jungle because unlike mid you aren't force to to impact the game early and get all the advantages you can by taking Electro/Phase Rush and can just scale for free into midgame by full clearing/nearly full clearing with Conqueror and precision tree + it's better for skirmishes where you play around your laners and use them as some sort of shield so it's much safer than going Conqueror in lane + you get alactrity/tenacity which are great for clearing/skirmishes and teamfights.
