A modest proposal to fix our "one trick toxicity" problems

the fact that 2-3 mercy mains/1 tricks on 1 team aka the most common occurrence in competitive isn't on your list = its already heavily biased.

sorry but 2/2/2 means nothing to me when the people on my team can't actually play the roles they "fill"

i would much rather go 5 DPS with 5 DPS mains than ask them to play tank/support which they probably have never played.

those mercy mains playing other heroes to make a 2/2/2? first off only happens because the game FORCED them to when someone else locked in mercy before them and more often than not. they can't play tank or another support anyway.

asking people to play stuff they have no experience playing at their SR?

you are just asking to lose to games doing that.

they should not have queued into comp as a DPS main or a mercy main to begin with.
