Hm, I think I’ve always been more comfortable in some type of clothes in most situations. I have no issue with nudity in locker rooms, the sauna, during sex etc, but I just don’t like being naked otherwise. I get cold easily and I don’t like feeling exposed. I sleep in a tee shirt and underwear and pretty much always have. My husband and I both will wear underwear around our kids, but we won’t go fully naked.

If you’ve always been more comfortable nude at home, I don’t think there’s any specific age or situation where it becomes an issue for your kids to see you; but I do think that around puberty, most kids would probably prefer more privacy/not to see their parents’ genitals most of the time. Idk if I can fully explain why, but that feels accurate to me. But you know your kids best!
