I know quite a lot about India. I am fascinated by the rising Asian Giants of China and India, and because so, I know a-lot about India.
India, in-particular, fascinates me simply because of it's long history. The History of India dates back Centuries, and, in many senses, India is one of the cradles of civilization.
In the past few years, India has become an Industrial Powerhouse, and because such, I am heavily fascinated by India.
Now that I am on Christmas Break, I can be on here EVERYDAY, with, at the least, 3 posts a-day. I have no social life what so ever, so inactivity will not be a problem.
India is a nation that demands and requires intense activity, and thus, I am fully capable of taking the role.
I wanna play as India because I find it, at the moment, a complex and daring nation that demands attention. It is at the cuspt of a Global-Superpower, but at the same time, is plagued by social and environmental problems.
It is because of this that I find India would be the perfect challenge.
India also faces a serious of very worrisome political crisis' that demand attention. India and China have had souring tensions for years, and because of this, it would be a very fun nation to play as.
India is both a rising power, but at the same time, a nation of old issues, and a nation of tension.
If I am deemed worthy enough to play as India, I plan on, most importantly, fixing the nations crippling environmental disaster that is currently playing out as we speak.
It is not as well known as, say, China, but India faces some of the worst ground water and aerial pollution in the entire world. This pollution faces the Indian Population with an obstacle larger than any other foreign or internal threat, and thus, needs to be addressed as soon as possible. In-particular, I plan on putting in place strict Aerial Emotions Act's, as long with punishing cooperation's that are deemed hazardous to the public health.
Domestic wise, I plan on addressing the numerous land disputes that India is met with. Specifically with her northern nation, China. I mainly plan on holding a serious of Diplomatic Meetings that addresses this issue, and hope that the disputes can be solved peacefully and constructively.
My India does not look for war with China, but hopes that, at the same time, China is wise enough to realize that the current border disputes India & China face can NOT persist.
My Domestic Policy's would HEAVILY consist on fixing the scar's that still exist in Indian Class Society. It is a well known fact that the Caste System still leaves a haunting remark across much of India, and that the issue of social inequality must perish in-order to further advance India. If I was in control of India, I would heavily invest and pass a serious of legislation that would attempt to close the wage gap between ethnic minorities and majorities, while also closing the ever-increasing wage gap between women and men.
Back on the page of foreign affairs, I would HEAVILY focus on tackling the issue of the Muslim Minority in India's West, and, specifically, tackle the many issues faced by India's largest foe, Pakistan.
Pakistan and India share one of the most heavily militarized borders in the world, and, in this region, many ethnic religions, races, and others are targeted by both Indian and Pakistani culprits. To solve this, I would DEMAND that Pakistan resolve it's persecution of Indians in order to advance our relations.
Unlike China, Pakistan is a problem that India is all willing to face with Military Might. Millions of Pounds of Opium and other narcotics flood the border into India from Pakistan everyday. On top of this, hundreds of Indian Civilians are kidnapped every year by rouge Indian Terrorist Organization's that are bend on destroying the Indian Way of life.
Related to Pakistan, India is FULLY bent on stopping, harassing, and ultimately terminating every Islamic Terrorist Organization that threatens the Indian People. Terrorist attacks will not be tolerated under my authority, and thus, will be whipped out no matter what nation harbors them.
You should pick me above anyone else because of my semi-vast knowledge of India and her people. I am not lying to you or my self when I say I know a LIBERAl amount about India, and, thus, know how to fix and tackle some of her biggest problems.
India is not as simple as other nation's, as for she, unlike other's, face a cocktail of internal and external factors that may or may not dictate her future.
India faces crippling pollution and social inequality on the inside, while also facing a barrage of Foreign Threats on the outside.
These problems are a challenge, but, one that I believe I have the answers for, and thus, answers that I intend to solve. Thank you :)
