Implement a toggle that allows us to unveil our mmr and remove all this bloat LP, Division, Role based bs. mmr is the ONLY thing anyone should care about but you work SOOOOOO hard to cover it up. Casual players aren't the ones telling their friends about the game. You could change Bronze to "shitter teir" and literally none of them would notice. They don't care about ranked; they just want to role play some dumbass champion but you take the "silent majority" far more into consideration that the people that actually care and try to have a discussion. If you keep catering to the "silent majority" the vocal part of the community will leave while the kids you cater towards struggle to figure out what google is.
