Hypothetical: Imagine your business being embezzled for millions by an employee that can demagogue your suit against you. Pick an identity group. Now you have a choice. Either let them steal from your company or risk the negative public relations of being called some -ism. That is when you may prefer an actual legal system... or maybe you won’t.
