I think the first part of your statement really depends on where and who you are. I live in Florida and get hit on all the time.

The general trend has men making the first move at about 4 times the rate women do. Of course some places in the US will have differing data, but the aggregate data does not change.

Having a baby is a woman’s first accountability? Is laughable in the modern age.

That tells me you don’t view women as equal participating human beings. Which is why we get the pay discrepancy

About two weeks ago I raised hell to make sure a female coworker was paid the same rate as everyone else in her department appropriate for her experience and skills. Beyond that I try to make sure multiple departments at my company have women (and men as necessary) well represented across a myriad of departments, so I will have to disagree with you here. My statement earlier wasn't my own opinion, but an observation I've seen throughout the US.
