This is a very misleading post. It's not like they released a character that when rolled on a new account, can do cap damage right off the bat. They released a character that was broken by exploiting the strongest mechanic in the game. You had to still grind a shit ton to get that damage though, even if you had that character. Even so, she is probably the most broken character in the game but not to the extent to letting a level 1 do 999999 damage on a fresh account.

More accurately, the released a support character that was broken and let people do raids meant for multiple people. She was nerfed shortly after.

They probably won't change phoenix at this point but they may change how healing on all summons once they release more.
