Mon 5/27/19 - Our Daily Update

Late posting today because I wanted to make sure I got to school early enough to visit the caffiene machine. (I let myself get completely out of caffienes at home-- who am I?!)

Better sleep last night and back to normal +.6 today. Bf was a whey-ketologie smoothie. Lunch is Italian turkey sausage bake and 6oz fage yogurt with 3 fresh strawberries. I have a snack of 1/2 cup cinnamon catalina crunch.

I did 2 miles on the treadmill last night while watching The Rim of the World. It was sweet, and gave a little bit of a Red Dawn/Goonies vibe. Scary enough that I wouldn't recommend it for young children, but should be on point for 13 and up, depending on your teen.

Today, I think I want to revisit my "Yoga for Weight Loss" dvd or one of SarahBethYoga's youtube videos. KCKO!
