My girlfriend has been saying she wants new brushes, so I compiled a few sets I wanted to get her (all of them). I don't want her to get upset with me for spending too much or buying crap brushes. Is this worth $40 and is it enough for her? (Don't worry, this is not all I'm getting her.. I went way over budget this year. I just know nothing about makeup) I went with RT because a lot of people seem to suggest them.
