To whom do CF's feel they have to justify their lives to by chirping in on some desperate woman's sad confession about wanting a family? How self important are the ChildFree to make it about them, yet again?

Normally, I wouldn't. If OP left out the part of pretending to act like they didn't want children, and merely just said that they felt depressed because of their situation and not feeling like they can find anybody to have children with, then it's fine. But because they actively lie and make us look bad, I felt the need to stand in and mention than it's people like OP that make people automatically respond with "OH YOU'LL CHANGE YOUR MIND" when one of us says we don't want kids.

If you don't want kids - don't have them.

That's just it. Right there. We are following suit with that, and we still get told that we don't know what we want because of people like OP pretending. It makes it harder for us to get voluntarily sterilized because people like her are faking it and making the ones who are serious about it look bad. We're not taken seriously because "Well I once knew somebody who thought the same way and they had 3 kids!"
