Neither. I just had many stories to hear as a child, like most.Some questions just linger, they get solved and new questions arise. I am not a good reader of books, so I ate wikipedia. Actually, despite being a good at studies, I somewhat sucked at college, so that added :P

I don't have formal training of Sanskrit, I think it helps more than it sucks.

The primary interests however are astronomy, Indus Valley script and ancient history. I spent a good deal of time deciphering IVC script, with no success. It led me to write some scripts for generating random syllables that led me to apply that to shlokas, and hence I came to know of Vedic Prosody. Karne kuchh chalte hain, pata kuchh aur lag jata hai xD.
